Paprika Lime Chicken(Crock Pot)

4 frozen chicken breasts

1 cup water

Juice from 2 limes

1 tsp rosemary

1 tsp sage

1 tsp ginger

1 tablespoon minced garlic

Sea salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Paprika

Put water and chicken breasts into crock pot and add all other ingredients, sprinkling the paprika over the top at the end.  Cover and cook on low for 4 1/2 hours.

  1. Does the chicken have a hint of lime flavor? Or is it just to keep the chicken moist? Could you use chicken stock in place of the water?
