Let’s face it, the American diet is based on fast and easy. Minute rice, minute noodles, microwave this and that. All of that is just not good. Good food is raw, or takes some time to cook SLOWLY. Get that now?
So name one of your favorite dishes, or several of them and I can guarantee that at least one or more contains pasta. Am I right? There are alternatives. Using eggplant or zucchini sliced thin for lasagna. Using spaghetti squash, or making zucchini noodles. So here are some links to recipes..and honestly, pasta, too many carbs, processed and not good.
